I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue regarding the lack of
suffi cient textbooks in our school library. Despite numerous requests, we have not
yet seen the necessary books for Form Three. Many students are not visiting the
library, which hinders their ability to engage effectively with the materials.

We would greatly appreciate your support in addressing this situation and ensuring
the required textbooks are provided as soon as possible. Addressing this will allow
all students to continue with their studies without disruption.
