running, jumping and landing, hopping, leaping, sliding and dodging, while non-

           Posture
Posture is the bodily positioning of a person during rest, standing or moving. Good
posture entails a correct positioning and proper alignment that provide the individual
with a comfortable sensation. Therefore, you have to execute a proper posture in every

           Performance
Performance is the use of physical and mental effort to produce effective outcomes
when participating in physical activity. Performance in sports refers to the ability to
demonstrate proficiency and skills in a particular sport.

           Healthy or active-lifestyle
A healthy or active-lifestyle refers to a way of living that promotes physical, mental,
and emotional well-being of an individual through regular participation in physical
activities, eating balanced diet, and positive lifestyle choices. It encompasses a variety
of habits and behaviours that contribute to overall health and wellbeing. Healthy
movements may include walking, sporting, dancing, yoga and running. For a healthy
