Traditional games
Traditional games are an important part of the culture and heritage

of our communities. They are interesting when you watch them
being played. There are many traditional games, but in this section,
you will learn to play the sack race and chicken chase games.

Sack race

This is the traditional game in which participants compete to run
by jumping forward while standing inside sacks. It is a game that
requires the players to discover a technique that will enable them
to run fast and easily while standing inside the sack. This game can
be played individually or in groups. The game usually takes place
during school events and community celebrations.
