Participate in sports competitions

At the school level, sports competitions will involve physical
exercises, and traditional and modern games you have practised.

The competitions can be between individuals or groups. The

competitions provide opportunities for players to show their skills
in their respective sports. To effectively participate in sports

competitions, you need to consider the following issues:

1. Prepare a play area;

2. Ensure the playing area is clean and safe;

3. Prepare necessary equipment for the respective game;

4. Wear relevant sports clothes;

5. Wear relevant sports shoes;

6. Remove shoes when doing acrobatics;

7. Do exercises to prepare your body before participating in a

relevant game;

8. Do exercises to improve your skill level in the respective game;

9. Play while obeying the rules of the game;
