1. Visit a large-scale sweet potato producer and gather detailed information on
all key aspects of production. Then, based on the insights gained from this
study visit, develop a project plan that can be used to start a similar project
of your own.
2. Use the records you kept in various aspects of sweet potato production to
perform the following tasks:
(a) Evaluate the profitability of sweet potato production;
(b) Prepare a report showing the challenges and successes of sweet potato
production; then,
(c) Present the report in class.
In your portfolio, summarise what you have learnt from this chapter.
