5.   Group work and discussion: Facilitate group work and discussions
               to encourage idea sharing and collaborative problem-solving.

           6.   Critical thinking and analysis:  Emphasise the importance  of
               critical thinking in analysing the current issues at Ushindi Ltd and

               proposing viable solutions through an accounting work plan.

           7.   Practical  application:  Encourage  students  to  think practically
               about how an accounting work plan can be implemented and its
               impact on both the accounting and marketing departments.

           8.   Understanding the problem: Emphasise the student to examine
               the roles and responsibilities of both departments to identify areas
               of overlap and discuss the impact of these overlaps on the efficiency
               and objectives of the accounting department.

           9.   Developing an accounting work plan:  Guide the  students  to
               define what an accounting work plan is and its main components.
               Also,  guide  them  to  discuss  the  benefits  of  having  a  structured
               work plan for the accounting department, and propose steps for
               developing and implementing an accounting work plan at Ushindi
               Ltd.  Provide real-world examples or case studies where accounting
               work plans have been successfully implemented to resolve similar
               issues.

           10.  Practical application and recommendations: Guide the students
               to outline specific steps the CFO and the Head of the Accounting
               Department can take to create and implement the work plan, suggest
               ways to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the work plan;
               in  reducing  overlap  and  improving  departmental  efficiency  and
               discuss how effective communication and collaboration between
               departments can be maintained throughout the process.
           11.  Class discussion and feedback: Foster a collaborative learning
               environment  through  discussion  and  constructive  feedback;
               facilitate  a class discussion on the various resulted challenges.
