Also, guide them to discuss the benefits of having a structured
work plan for the accounting department, and propose steps for

work plans have been successfully implemented to resolve similar
issues.
10. Practical application and recommendations: Guide the students
to outline specific steps the CFO and the Head of the Accounting
Department can take to create and implement the work plan, suggest
ways to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the work plan;
in reducing overlap and improving departmental efficiency and
discuss how effective communication and collaboration between
departments can be maintained throughout the process.
11. Class discussion and feedback: Foster a collaborative learning
environment through discussion and constructive feedback;
facilitate a class discussion on the various resulted challenges.
