Step 2: Create a program
To create a new program, click "program" button, enter the name in the "Program
Name" box (for this example enter test1). Also enter the "base address" in the "Base
Address box" (You can enter any number, for this example enter 100) then click on
the "ADD button". The new program’s name will appear in the "Program List view"
