           healthy life style. In this chapter, you will learn to perform physical
           exercises for body coordination and flexibility. The competencies

           developed will enable you to strengthen your playing skills and

          Physical exercises for body coordination and flexibility

          There are various types of physical exercises for body coordination
          and flexibility. These exercises can be done individually, in pairs or
          in groups with different styles. Some of these exercises are circuit
          cones for body flexibility and balloon balance for body coordination.


          Circuit cones

          This is a physical exercise that carries different types of flexibility

          exercises.
