               about different types of  physical exercises.  Then, do the
               exercises that you are able to perform.


              Benefits of exercising

              It is good to do physical exercises regularly. Regular physical
              exercises help:

              (a)  Stay healthy and strong;

              (b)  Keep body systems like digestion and excretory systems
                   working well;


              (c)  Strengthen body immunity to fight different diseases;

              (d)  Reduce stress and depression; and

              (e)  Refresh the mind and have fun.


              Effects of not doing exercises
              Lack of physical exercises can cause problems like:

              (a)  Having poor health and weak body;


              (b)  Gaining too much weight, leading to obesity;

              (c)  Getting chronic diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes,
                   and heart problems;


              (d)  Feeling stressed and depressed; and

              (e)  Having weak muscles and bones.

              Personal and environmental hygiene

              Maintaining  hygiene of  the  body and the  environment is
              important for good health. Body and environment must be kept

              clean all the time.
