              Packaging and labelling of milk products
              Packaging is very important when selling milk products. It helps to keep the
              product clean, protect  it from contamination,  and make it last longer. Good
              packaging also attracts customers. Every package should have a label. The label
              must show the name of the product, the date it was prepared, and how to store it
              properly.


              Different dairy products require different types of packaging. For example, ghee
              can be stored in a dry jar, while yoghurt needs a tightly sealed container. The
              best packaging option depends on the product, the customer, and the storage
              conditions available. These examples are shown in Table 9.3.
