          Herieth:      Yes, therapy might be a good idea. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed and
                        find it hard to focus on tasks or make decisions.
          Dr Ndaro:     Therapy can provide a safe space to explore your feelings and develop
                        coping  mechanisms.  I  can  refer  you  to  a  qualified  therapist  who
                        specialises in anxiety and mood disorders.
