                                                Text C

My brothers and sisters, today I want to share with you something about my journey, a
journey of ups and downs, resilience and triumph. Friends, today I want to share with
you a deeply personal journey, a journey of resilience and triumph over adversity. My
beautiful mother is here with us; she can attest to this. Raised in a small pastoral village,
I faced several challenges, one being the constant move to look for pastures. Hence, I
had to stop going to school for some months. I remember carrying my books wherever
we moved to. I studied whenever I got the chance to and many people wondered why
I bothered. My mother supported me as much as she could against all odds. However,
through perseverance and determination, I pursued my dreams in education. The
obstacles became my stepping stones toward empowerment and personal growth. As I
stand here before you today, I cannot help but testify that resilience has the potential to
transform and inspire us to become the best versions of ourselves.
