          Microfinance            financial services of providing small loans to individuals or
                                 small businesses without access to traditional banking

          Netiquette               the rules of conduct for respectful  and appropriate
                                 communication  on the  internet.  It  is often  referred to as
                                 etiquette for the internet.

          Packaging                the process of designing and creating a container, cover, or
                                 wrapper for a product.  Among other functions, packaging
                                 enables product to be differentiated from others and protects
                                 various products.

          Partnership              a type of business owned by two or more individuals  who
                                 share profits, losses, and responsibilities
          Perceived value          the worth that a customer believes a product has, regardless of
                                 the actual cost


          Principal place of       the central location where a business’s operations are conducted
          business
          Quality                  refers to how well a product or service meets the customers’
                                 needs and satisfies or meets the market standards


          Remittance               refers to money that is sent by someone to another person,
                                 usually across a distance, often from one country to another

          Sales funnel             the process customers go through, from becoming aware of a
                                 product to making a purchase

          Sales pitch             a concise and compelling presentation or conversation designed
                                 to persuade  a potential  customer  to  purchase  a  product  or
                                 service


          Scavenger hunt          a search activity where participants collect specific information
                                 or items based on a list


          Societal needs           the requirements or issues vital to a community or society at
                                 large


          Stakeholders            all  individuals  or  groups  affected  by  a  business,  including
                                 employees, customers, suppliers, and the community
