          Competitive analysis           a review of competitors to understand their strengths

          Confiscation                   the act of taking property away, usually by a
                                       government, due to legal violations

          Control number                refers to a unique number assigned to a transaction,
                                       document, or item in order to track, verify, or manage
                                       it


          Corporate governance           the system of rules and practices by which a company
                                       is directed and controlled

          Counterfeit                    fake or imitation products made to look like genuine
                                       ones

          Credibility                  the quality of being trusted or believed in

          Customer engagement            interacting with customers through various channels to
                                       build a relationship
          Customer trends               patterns or habits in how customers behave or what
                                       they prefer to buy over time

          De-registration                the official removal of a business from the register of
                                       legal businesses

          Dissolution (of companies)   the legal closing or ending of a company’s operations

          Distribution arrangements   plans or methods for delivering products to customers

          Economic diversification      expanding the range of economic activities to reduce
                                       dependence on a few sectors or industries


          Entity                       a legal or official organisation or business


          Ethical dilemma               a situation where a person must choose between two
                                       options that may both be morally challenging
