                  Organising information
          FOR ONLINE READING ONLY

                Introduction
Organising information involves arranging ideas, facts, or details clearly and
logically. This involves grouping similar ideas, organising events in the right
order, or using headings and lists to make information easy to understand. A

text with well-organised information enables a reader to understand it and
remember it more efficiently. In this chapter, you will compile and categorise
information. The competencies developed will enable you to make effective
presentations and participate in discussions, thereby becoming a better reader,

                writer, and speaker.

                           Think about:

the importance of organising information for effective communication.
