                                                      Zipped opening: A zip is an opening as
                                                      well  as a fastener. It can  be used as an
                                                      opening for decorative effect in the front
                                                      part  of the  garment.  It  may  be  inserted
                                                      in a slit cut  of the garment  or into  a
                                                      seam as semi-concealed,  concealed,
                                                      visible or invisible.  The procedures for
                                                      working on this type of opening will be
                                                      discussed in Chapter  Four (Fastenings).
           (iv)   Fold the crossway strip over to the
                wrong side and hem the binding in
                position by turning down the raw
                edge.
