Prevention of chickenpox

              Chickenpox can be prevented by avoiding sharing clothes with
              an infected person and by keeping the body and clothes clean.
              Also, a patient should use antiseptic when bathing or washing

              clothes. This will help reduce the risk of infection for those who

              come into contact with the clothes of the patient.

              Tuberculosis

              Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by bacteria. It mostly
              affects the lungs. However, it can also  affect other parts of

              the body, such as the spine, bones and kidneys. TB spreads
              through the air when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
              Spitting can also cause the bacteria to spread.


              Symptoms of tuberculosis

              Symptoms of tuberculosis include the following:


              (a)  Coughing for more than two weeks;

              (b)  Chest pain;

              (c)  Fevers and sweating at night;


              (d)  Rapid loss of weight;

              (e)  Coughing up blood; and

              (f)  Loss of appetite.
