              Dear Sir/Madam,

              RE: POOR SERVICE FROM THE BOOKSHOP WORKERS
              I am writing to complain about the poor service I received from your Bookshop workers on
              28  February 2025, when I visited it to buy school materials.

              On that day, I arrived at 9:30 am. Surprisingly, the workers treated me like nothing. They
              neither welcomed me nor listened to me. It took me another thirty minutes to wait for their
              response. However, they went on to chat on their gadgets as if nobody needed their service.
              Even when I requested them to attend to me, they didn’t seem to care. Finally, after fifty
              minutes of waiting, I left the shop completely disappointed.


              I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning waiting for the service I never received. I trust this
              is not how you instructed them to treat your esteemed customers. I am open to a discussion
              on the matter and learn how you propose to prevent a similar situation from repeating.
