              (a) To familiarise yourself with conditional sentences, read the following sentences
                  aloud. Then, answer the questions that follow.


                 1.  If it rains early, I will grow maize.
                 2.  If I study hard, I will pass my final examinations.
                 3.  If I train harder, I will excel in sports.
                 4.  If you study hard, you will pass the examination.
                 5.  If the English teacher arrives in time, the class will start immediately.
