           Set-in sleeve:  A set-in sleeve is the
           most common  type  of sleeve  which
           is  cut  separately  with  the  bodice  then
           attached  to the armhole.  The set-in
           sleeves include  plain sleeve,  puffed
           sleeve, bell sleeve, bishop sleeve, angle
           sleeve, flounce and cap sleeve as shown
           in Figures 7.2. Set-in sleeve may be sewn
           onto the  armhole  either  before or after
           the garment side seam and underarm                       Cap sleeves
           seam  have  been  sewn and  pressed.
