encourage medium-sized businesses to invest in key
sectors include tax incentives, investment guarantees,
and preferential treatment for domestic investors. Further

16. These agreements include African Caribbean and Pacific-
European Union (ACP-EU) framework, AGOA, and EAC
vision 2050 from the EAC treaty of 1999.
