(m) Reflect and discuss: After the performance, conduct a class
discussion about the activity. Ask the students to share their
thoughts on what they learned and any challenges they faced.
Provide additional feedback and suggestions for improvement.

(n) Repeat with different dialogues: Continue this process with
different dialogues to help the students develop their speaking
and listening skills further.
Remember to create a supportive and encouraging classroom
environment where the student feels comfortable to practise their
language skills. Acting out dialogues can be a fun and effective
way to enhance students’ proficiency and self-confidence.
2. Poem
(a) Introduction: Write the title of the poem on the board. Read it
aloud and ask the students if they do not know any word in it.
(b) Read the poem: Ask the student to read the poem slowly and
clearly. Tell other students to listen attentively.
(c) Discuss feelings: Ask the students how the poem makes them
feel after it has been read aloud to them. Write down some
feelings on the board.
(d) Explain words: Explain any new or difficult word(s) in the
poem. Give simple definitions or explanations.
(e) Finding figures of speech: Ask students to find figures of speech
in the poem. Write them on the board.
(f) Act out: Encourage the students to act out the poem. Use
gestures and facial expressions.
(g) Talk about the poem: Ask the students what they think the
poem is about. Let them share their ideas.
(h) Review: Ask the students different questions based on the
poem, including what they have learned from the poem. Allow
them to ask you questions as well and answer them.
(i) Ask them to compose a poem.
