Computer Science  Common Cabling Tools
           The following tools are common to most cabling tool kits: wire strippers, wire
           cutters, cable crimpers, punch-down tools, fish tape, and toning tools. These tools
           are essential for installing cabling systems. Table 3.11 shows tools and descriptions
           of cabling tools.

            (a) Wire strippers                       Strippers  for  UTP, ScTP, and  STP
                                                     cables remove the outer jacket while
                                                     accommodating UTP cable variations.

            (c) Cable crimpers                       Crimpers, like the one in Figure 3.43,
                                                     attach RJ-45 and coaxial connectors to
                                                     cable ends without damage, ensuring
                                                     strong contact and avoiding wasted
