          (c)  Consult  teachers  or  other  workers  other  than  teachers  at  your  school  to  explore
              different types of agreements they write for procurement, supply or lease and do
              the following:

                    1.  Interview them to determine how they write such agreements and write
                        down what they say.
                    2.  Draft an agreement based on the contexts they use or one of your own

                        choice.
                    3.  Share your draft with the workers your teacher, and other students you
                        consulted.
                    4.  Discuss  with the teachers and other workers other than teachers
                        whatever you have observed that needs improvement to see whether
                        your observation is relevant.
          (d)  Visit e-libraries or search engines to read examples of different types of agreements.
              Record your observations on the style, format, and content. Establish specific features
              for each type of agreement as well as common features across all types of agreement.
              Write a report on your observations and share it with the class for discussion.

          (e)  Decide on the type of agreement to write based on the draft you planned in 1(c). Write
              the first draft of your agreement in the context of your choice. Present your written
              agreement to the class. Note down suggestions for improvement and write the final
              draft.


          (f)  Answer the following questions based on the final draft of the agreement you have
              developed in (e):
                        1.  How do you describe the language used in the agreement you have
                            prepared?
                        2.  What type of grammar is used in writing the agreement?
                        3.  What  other  important  factors  have you observed in writing  the
                            Agreement?
                        4.  In what ways does the agreement benefit the parties involved?
                        5.  To what extent is this agreement relevant to your environment?

          (a) Reflect on the following:
                        1.  Why are many people scared of writing their Last  Will and
                            Testament?
                        2.  Who is liable to write the Last Will and Testament?
                        3.  Why do people write their Last Will and Testament?
                        4.  In what  state is a  person allowed  to  write   of the  Last Will  and
                            Testament?
                        5.  Who are the potential beneficiaries in the Last Will and Testament?
