          Chota:       I sabi, abi? E be like say di sun dey vex or somethin’. And you don
                       notice how di seasons dey seem to dey shift? E be like say we dey get
                       less and less rain during di rainy season, and then di dry season dey feel
                       like say e go last forever.

          Chichi:      Exactly! And e no be only about di weather, you know. Global warming
                       dey cause all kinds of wahala for di environment. Like, you don see how

                       di ice caps dey melt and di sea levels dey rise?
          Chota:       Yes! And dat no even be di worst part. Di effects of global warming dey
                       affect us well-well for Tanzania too. I mean, look at our farmers wey
                       dey struggle with unpredictable weather patterns and crops wey dey fail
                       because of droughts or floods.

          Chichi:      E dey break my heart, really. And e no be only about di environment
                       sef. Global warming dey affect people’s lives and livelihoods. Families
                       dey lose dia houses to rising sea levels, and communities dey face food
                       shortages because of failed harvests.

          Chota:       E be real crisis, no doubt about am. But you know wetin? We no fit just
                       sit down do nothing. We gots to take action, even if e na just small steps
                       like conserving energy, planting trees, or spreading awareness about di
                       issue.

          Chichi:      Absolutely! Every small thing dey count. We fit just be two students for
                       Chato High School, but together we fit make difference. Make we start
                       by organizing one school-wide campaign to raise awareness about global
                       warming and encourage our fellow students to take action.
          Chota:       Dat one na great idea, Chichi! Make we do am. Together, we fit help
                       combat  di  global  warming  crisis  and  protect  our planet  for future
                       generations.
          Chichi:      Let’s go, Chota! We get work to do.
