Uses of heat energy

Heat energy can be used for various purposes as shown in
Table 2.

Other uses of heat include; cooking food, boiling drinking

water, melting metals in industries and generating electricity.
Additionally, heat is used in the production of various products
such as metals, plastics and glasses.
