              Light energy

Light energy is a type of electromagnetic radiation. There are two
main sources of light energy: natural and artificial light sources.

Examples of natural light sources are stars including the sun,
lightning and bioluminescent organisms such as fireflies. The
artificial light sources include fire, flashlights, candles and

fireworks. Figure 6 shows sources of light energy.
