Enoch’s walk with God
Enoch walked with God means that Enoch lived by faith in God. He trusted in God’s
word and promises. He made every effort to live a holy life. He embraced God’s ways
and stood firmly among the ungodly generation. Eventually Enoch did not die God
took him to heaven like Elijah. Figure 3.8 portrays Enoch praying to God.

Noah and the flood: A punishment for sin
Noah’s flood implies the great flood through which God routed living creature except
Noah and his family with few animals. The story of the flood is recorded in the book
of Genesis (Genesis 6: 9-9:17). Figure 3.9 depicts the life of people before the flood.
