Construct a descending C major scale on a bass staff by indicating tone and
semitone distances.
(b) The G major scale
In order to construct a G major scale, you need to arrange a series of eight notes
starting from the first note which is G, while following the same pattern for
constructing major scales, which is T-T-S-T-T-T-S. The following are simple steps
that can be followed when constructing a G major scale:
(i) Step 1: Write a series of eight notes from note G: G-A-B-C-D-E-F-G
