                 Task

               1.  Describe one classroom object  or item  based on colour, texture,  size,
                  material, purpose, and weight.
               2.  Describe one home object or item based on colour, texture, size, material,
                  purpose, and weight.
               3.  Describe one of your friends based on gender, colour, height, size, clothing
                  and hobbies.



           (d) Role-play the following dialogue and complete the task tat follows.

               [At Kissa Food, a Mama Lishe restaurant. Gwandumi and Naila have decided

               to have lunch there. Naila is a regular customer, and Gwandumi is visiting for
               the first time.]


               Naila:         Hi, Gwandumi! How are you doing today?
               Gwandumi:   Hello Naila! I’m doing very well, thanks. Oh, my goodness!
                              [Sighs]. I never thought I could make it here. The traffic in this
                              city is a nightmare!
               Naila:         I’m so sorry about that. Welcome to Bongo, the land of
                              Kilimanjaro.
               Gwandumi:   I’m glad to see you, Naila. I’m happy to be here. I’ve heard a
                              lot about this place, and I’m so excited to try the food.
