Mr Hava: Mr Lila and I are environmental champions at our school.
So, in my opinion, even if we decide to build a new
structure somewhere else, we must ensure that the building is
environmentally friendly.

Chairperson: Thank you so much for your contributions. Regarding the
question of funding, we have two options. First, we could
organise fundraising activities. Second, we could ask parents
to make financial or material contributions toward the project.
Headmaster: I agree with your suggestions, Chairperson. Our community
has always shown eagerness to participate in any development
project, including education. Two years ago, we needed to
construct pit latrines. Parents, both men and women, fully
participated by providing building materials, financial
assistance and technical services. I am confident that this
project will also receive full community support.
Mr Lila: Chairperson, we should ask the Headmaster to consult an
architect to design a building plan and to find a building
contractor to implement the plan.
Mr Hava: Chairperson,that should not be a problem at all. My company’s
engineers can review the plan and advise us accordingly at a
reasonable cost.
Chairperson: Thank you! Indeed, you have demonstrated a good example
of responsible parenthood. However, we should remember
that, by law, the project tender must be advertised at least 60
days in advance.
Headmaster: I hope that only qualified bidders will be considered.
Chairperson: You’re right. I am confident that we will comply with the
laws and regulations of the state.
