for activation energy in enzymatic reaction. Ask them to note
down the activation energy of the reactants with an enzyme and
without enzyme.

14. Guide students to search from internet sources the simulations
for enzymatic reaction showing enzyme-substrate specificity.
Ask them to note down the relationship between substrate and
enzyme in comparison to Lock and key theory.
15. Assign students to do Exercise 1.14 and 1.15 from Student’s
Book. Mark the exercises and provide feedback.
