                  impulse.  Ask them to describe what they have observed.
               9.  Assign students to do Exercise 4.2 from the Student’s Book.
                  Mark the exercise and provide feedback.



           4.2  Sensory receptor

               Teaching steps
               1.  Guide students  to search for information  from library  and
                  internet  sources  on  classification  of  sensory  receptors  based
                  on (a) structure, (b) type of stimuli and (c) the location of the
                  stimuli they detect. Ask them to write notes.

               2.  Organise  students in groups to discuss the  mammalian  eye.
                  Ask them to describe eye accommodation and the structure of
                  retina.
