           4.5  Plant hormones (Phytohormones)

               Teaching steps

               1.  Guide students in groups to discuss types of plant hormones.
                  Check whether students participate actively in group discussion.
                  Guide them to present their group work.

               2.   Guide students to search for information from the library and
                  internet sources about application of synthetic phytohormones
                  in agriculture.

               3.  Guide students to conduct a field visit to a nearby botanical
                  garden or any other facility  where application  of synthetic
                  phytohormones is done. Ask them to describe what they have
                  observed.


            Revision exercise 4

             Assign students to do Revision exercise 4 from the Student’s
             Book. Mark the exercise and provide feedback.
