4. Conversion of tense
(a) Think of a story title (e.g., A day at the beach, A trip to the Serengeti,

appropriately changed for each tense.

(i) Adjectives to describe characters and settings.
(ii) Adverbs to describe verbs.
(iii) Prepositions to indicate relationships.
(iv) Three different tenses to show the time frame of the actions.

The hare and the rooster
Once upon a time, in a lively field, there lived the hare and the rooster.
Although they were friends, they often had different views on how to spend
their time.
One morning, the hare visited the rooster’s tree, eager to play. “Good
