Company Limited (ATCL), Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited
(TANESCO), Mohamed Enterprises Tanzania Limited Group (METL),
Azam Media Limited, CRDB Bank Plc, and Vodacom Tanzania Plc.
Activity 2.2
This activity aims to enable students to identify companies that
existed and collapsed in Tanzania and the reasons for their failure.
Guidance on the Activity 2.2
(a) Guide every student to use any reliable source such as library,
ICT, or consultation to identify companies that existed and
collapsed or ceased to operate in Tanzania.
(b) Guide the students to use ICT to explore the reasons for the
failure of the identified companies.
(c) Guide students to think-ink-pair-share on how they could
revive those companies if they were the owners.

1. Guide the students in manageable groups to search for basic
requirements for company formation so that they can help Mr.
EGM.
2. The shareholders may influence decision-making processes
within a company through annual general meetings, engagement
and communication, voting rights, and board representation.
