                 discuss the effects of insufficiency of specific nutrients to
                 adolescents.
             4.  Task students to plan meals for adolescents. Ensure that
                 each student participates in the task. Check student's planned
                 meals and make clarifications where necessary.
             5.  Assign students to perform Activity 1.4 and Exercise 1.4.
