          7.1 Concept of nutritional assessment

          Teaching steps

             1.  Use enquiry method to assess the students’ prior knowledge
                 on the concept of nutritional assessment.
             2.  Engage students in interactive group discussions to explore
                 the meaning of nutritional assessment, nutritional status and
                 the importance of nutritional assessment.


          7.2 Steps in conducting research on nutritional assessment

          Teaching steps

             1.  Use enquiry method for students to brainstorm on the steps
                 to be followed when conducting a nutrition research.

             2.  Guide students to search from the internet on the important
                 research steps to be followed when conducting nutritional
                 assessment research; and then, facilitate the presentation of
                 their findings and assist them accordingly.
