7.4 Ethical considerations in nutritional assessment

             2.  Engage students in discussions of their findings, monitor
                 their discussions and clear any misconceptions.

             3.  Use a guest speaker method by inviting a researcher to
                 illustrate ethical considerations when conducting research.

                 Mark students’ works and then provide feedback.

          7.5 Anthropometric assessment

          Teaching steps

             1.  Use enquiry method for students to brainstorm on methods
                 of nutritional assessment

             2.  Guide students to search information from the library, the
                 internet or any other sources on the types of nutritional
                 assessments.
             3.   Engage students in discussions on their findings from the
                 search, observe their discussion and clear any misconception.
             4.  Demonstrate the way height, length, and weight measurement
                 of various individuals are performed by using appropriate
                 tools.

             5.  Use simulations for students to visualize on how different
                 anthropometric assessment is accurately taken.
