audience to contribute in the discussion on issues portrayed in the play by
asking questions or responding to the questions raised.
Action plan
This is a tool to guide the implementation of actions suggested to solve identified
problems. This tool is developed soon after post-performance discussion stage.
It reveals all assignments with scheduled duties. During and post-performance
discussion, facilitators should help members of a community to form a taskforce
committee that will be tracking and overseeing the implementation process of all
resolutions reached and promises made during the discussion. It is this committee
that should be given an action plan. Table 1.2 is an example of a detailed action
plan matrix.
