              the original meaning. Instruct the students individually to re-
              write the paragraph by replacing the italicized words with their
              antonyms Inform them that they may have to change some of the
              words, phrases, and sentences to maintain the logical flow of the
              story.

         Use the activities in the Student’s Book to guide the students through:

          (a)  Completing the sentences by filling in the gaps with the words in
              brackets after applying the appropriate word formation process.
              You may go through their completed sentences with them orally.
              Then, let them complete on their own through writing.

          (b)  Role-playing The Case of Mr Tulli vs Mr Ngafu drama and
              completing  the  activities  after  it.  Then  ask them  to  use the
              context,  technical  dictionary, thesaurus or encyclopaedia to
              find the synonyms of the words in bold print, and construct ten
              sentences using any ten synonyms from (1).
