2. In manageable groups, guide students to search from the
internet or various sources on the types of food composition
tables, their variations, nutrients expression, uses and
limitations of using food composition table.
3. Lead students to have class discussion on their findings.
4. Summarize the main contribution of each group to make a
common understanding.
5. Lead students to attempt Activity 2.4 on how to use Tanzania
food composition table in determining nutrients in various
foods. Clear any misconception.
6. Instruct students to do Exercise 2.2 on fruits and fruit juices.
