other participants. Flexibility allows participants to
adjust their reactions and input depending on the course
of the conversation.
(ii) Authenticity: People engaging in prepared discussions
should strive to communicate sincerely and genuinely,
expressing their true thoughts, emotions, and viewpoints.
Genuineness encourages connection and involvement
between participants, resulting in a smoother
conversation.
(iii) Active listening: Being actively engaged in listening is
essential during organized discussions, as individuals
need to pay close attention to one another’s inputs
and provide thoughtful responses. Engaging in active
listening fosters comprehension and compassion,
enabling genuine interactions and seamless conversation
flow.
(iv) Spontaneity: Even though planned conversations require
some preparation, participants must be willing to embrace
spontaneity and unexpected changes in the discussion.
Unplanned contributions add energy and liveliness to the
interaction, enhancing the conversation’s engagement
and dynamism.
(v) Natural language: Participants should aim to use relaxed,
casual language in scheduled discussions, steering clear
of excessively formal or rehearsed speech. Utilizing
natural language enhances communication ease and
fosters more effective connections among participants.
